We loved the proximity to Odori Park and convenience stores. The route to the hotel may not be close to the JR station, but it's a nice 15-minute walk. The tidy room had both green tea and mugi-cha available, and the comfortable bed had great heating. During the snow festival, this was the best deal for us. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.
No negatives from this hotel or city.

This hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the city. You can comfortably walk to beautiful Odori Park, and easily find various convenience stores for your daily needs. Although not close to the JR station, the location is still unbeatable with a nice route through local streets.
The pillows could be more comfortable according to some guests.

Close to Odori Park. Nice walking route to hotel. Close to convenience stores. Tidy room, comfortable bed. Nice heating. Convenient for snow festival. Includes mugi-cha. Great deal for Sapporo.
Nothing to fault.

the hotel was conveniently located near convenience stores and a nice route to walk. the room was tidy, the bed was comfortable and the heater worked well. the hotel provided both green tea and wheat tea, which is a bonus.
There were more downsides to our stay. The pillows were really uncomfortable, consisting of a small lump of soft material and hard plastic curls, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Central location, comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi
Spending New Year’s Eve at the hotel was not easy. The room was outdated and had a strange smell. However, the bed was comfortable enough to get a decent night's sleep. One of the best things about the hotel was its central location, making it easy to get around the city. the staff provided guests with free Wi-Fi, which was a huge relief.
The breakfast left much to be desired. The selection was limited, and nothing stood out.
